Sharing Reviewer Evaluations with Submitters
Admins have full control over whether reviewer evaluations are visible to submitters. This setting can be adjusted at any time in your event configuration.
To share reviewer evaluations with submitters:
From the lefthand navigation bar, click Configuration.
Select the Configuration page.
Open the Judge Settings tab (third tab at the top).
Click Edit to make changes.
In the Reviewer Configuration section, locate the setting labeled
Reviewer Evaluations Shared With Submitters.
Choose one of the following visibility options:
Always – Evaluations are visible to submitters as soon as they are completed.
Never – Evaluations remain hidden from submitters.
Only When Event is Over – Evaluations become visible after the event has closed.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Note: This setting controls evaluation visibility across all submissions in the event. Be sure to select the option that best aligns with your review process and communication strategy.
