Admin - Where do I see my submissions?

Use the Manage Submissions page to view, track, and organize entries—helpful for support, group assignments, and evaluation prep.

The Manage Submissions page is a valuable tool for monitoring applications as they come in. If submitters have questions or run into issues, this page allows you to easily search, view, and access their individual submissions. It’s also the central place to assign submissions to groups when preparing for the evaluation process, making it an essential hub for organizing and managing submissions across your entire program.

How to View Submissions as an Admin:

  1. Click the Clipboard icon labeled “Data Management” in the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Select “Submissions.”

  3. You will be directed to the Manage Submissions page, where you can view and manage all submissions from within your Admin portal.
