Learn how to remove a reviewer from your event so they no longer have access to view or score submissions.

Removing a Reviewer from Your Event

If a reviewer is no longer participating in your event, you can easily remove their access. Removing a reviewer ensures they will no longer be able to log in and view or score submissions associated with your program.

To remove a reviewer:

  1. Navigate to Reviewer Management

    • From the left-hand navigation bar, click Users.

    • Select Manage Reviewers from the menu.

  2. Locate the Reviewer

    • Find the reviewer you’d like to remove in the list.

    • Check the box on the far right of their name to select them.

  3. Remove the Reviewer

    • At the bottom-left corner of the page, open the dropdown menu.

    • Select Remove.

    • Click Remove to confirm the action.

Once removed, the reviewer will no longer appear on the reviewer list and will not have access to the event. If the reviewer needs to be re-added later, you can invite them again through the Manage Reviewers page.
