Click the "Management" button on the lefthand bar

Click the "Manage Reviewers" page

Select the checkbox next to the reviewers you would like to email

In the dropdown in the bottom left corner, select the "Email Reviewer(s)"

Choose the Subject, BCC, and Body

When everything is to your liking, select "Send"
