What is the Evaluation Group Assignments tab?
The Evaluation Group Assignments tab is found within the Groups and Divisions page. This setting controls which evaluation forms are visible to reviewers, based on the groups that both submissions and reviewers belong to.
All Groups: Every evaluation form is visible for every submission, regardless of group.
Specific Groups: Evaluation forms can be restricted so they only appear for submissions and reviewers within the same group(s).
This allows admins to tailor evaluation forms to specific categories, divisions, or reviewer groups, ensuring that each submission is evaluated using the correct form.
