As of February 1st, 2024, we will have fully migrated our support ticketing system away from Atlassian's Jira software and will exclusively be leveraging Intercom and their integrated interactive chat solution within the Reviewr software. This will greatly assist our team at Reviewr by ensuring that any questions/issues, that may or may not escalate to support tickets, will be addressed and resolved from the same interactive tool. For conversations that need to be elevated to a ticket, you will now have the ability to track real time progress of your tickets as well as add additional notes along the way ensuring communication is prompt, thorough, and never missed. This will also contribute to improving our response times for all correspondence we receive through the Chat feature.
