Before You Begin
Two things need to be true before a submission can be assigned to a reviewer:
It must be in a group — Accepted submissions must be added to at least one group (or multiple, if your review process uses separate tracks or divisions). Without this, the submission won't appear in the Manage Assignments tool at all.
It must be in a status that's visible to reviewers — by default this is Accepted only. You can allow other statuses to be visible under Configuration > Judge.
If a submission isn't showing up here, check both of these first.
Reviewer sees no submissions?
If a reviewer reports an empty dashboard, check if any of these apply:
Not assigned yet — confirm the submission was actually assigned to them (see Manual or Auto-Assign below).
Reviewer hasn't accepted their invite — assignments stay invisible to a reviewer until they've created their login. Confirm they've completed account setup, not just received the invite email.
Status not visible to reviewers — check Configuration > Judge(see "Before You Begin" above).
Judging window not open — confirm the evaluation period has started, if your event uses judging window dates.

You’ll see two tabs:
Submissions tab: shows fully submitted submissions.
Reviewers tab: shows assigned submissions per reviewer.
Note: By default, only Accepted submissions are visible for reviewer assignment. You can change this in Event Config > Judge Settings to allow other statuses to be visible.
