Email tokens are placeholders used in email templates and custom emails sent within Reviewr. When an email is sent, these tokens automatically pull in relevant event, submission, or user-specific information—enabling dynamic, personalized communication with minimal manual input.
Event Name – This token pulls the name of the event. It can be found in the “Profile” section of the site under the label “Event Title.”
Event Site URL – This token pulls the event microsite URL where submitters can log in or create an account. It can be found in the “Profile” section under the label “URL.”
Event Invite Link – This token generates a unique invite link that allows users to access the system, set their password, and log in. It should be used in invitation emails for reviewers.
Submission ID – This token pulls the ID number of the submission tied to the recipient. It is primarily used in submitter or team invite emails.
Submission Name – This token pulls the name/title of the submission tied to the recipient. It is primarily used in submitter or team invite emails.
Submission Status – This token pulls the current status of the submission tied to the recipient. It is primarily used in submitter or team invite emails.
Submission Invite To Create Account Link – This token is used in team invite emails to allow additional submitters to access and edit the submission. It directs them to create a password before entering the submitter portal.
Submission Invite To Signup Form Link – This token is used in team invite emails and directs additional submitters straight to the submission form they need to complete.
Submission First Group Name – This token pulls the first group name listed for the submission tied to the recipient. It is typically used in submitter or team invite emails.
Submission Group Names – This token pulls a full list of group names associated with the submission tied to the recipient. It is typically used in submitter or team invite emails.
Parent Submission Name – This token pulls the name of the parent submission. It is commonly used in team invite emails when related submissions are grouped.
Child Submission Name – This token pulls the name of a child submission. It is commonly used in emails tied to supporting materials like recommendation letters or transcripts.
Recipient Email – This token pulls the recipient's email address.
Recipient First Name – This token pulls the recipient's first name.
Recipient Last Name – This token pulls the recipient's last name.
Reset Password Link – This token generates a secure link allowing the recipient to reset their Reviewr account password.
