Email tokens are placeholders in email templates that automatically pull and insert specific information when emails are sent out.
Event Name – This token will pull the name of the event. This can be found in the “Profile” section of the website under the label “Event Title”.
Event Site URL – This token will pull the event microsite where submitters can login or create an account. This can be found in the “Profile” section of the website under the label “URL”.
Event Invite Link – This token will invite users into the system. You will want to include this token in the invite email for reviewers to allow them to set their password and get access to Reviewr.
Submission ID – This token will pull the submission ID for the submission that is tied to the submitter receiving the email. This token should mainly be utilized in submitter or team invite emails.
Submission Name – This token will pull the submission name for the submission that is tied to the submitter receiving the email. This token should mainly be utilized in submitter or team invite emails.
Submission Status – This token will pull the submission status for the submission that is tied to the submitter receiving the email. This token should mainly be utilized in submitter or team invite emails.
Submission Invite To Create Account Link – This token is utilized for team invite emails where additional submitters are invited to complete something within the system. This is a best practice as it will allow the submitter to view and edit their submission continually. It will direct the individual to set a password for their account before it directs them to the submitter portal where they will be able to complete their submission.
Submission Invite To Signup Form Link - This token is utilized for team invite emails where additional submitters are invited to complete something within the system. It will direct the individual directly to their submission.
Submission First Group Name – This token will pull the first group name listed for the submission that is tied to the submitter receiving the email. This token should mainly be utilized in submitter or team invite emails.
Submission Group Names – This token will pull a list of the groups for the submission that is tied to the submitter receiving the email. This token should mainly be utilized in submitter or team invite emails.
Parent Submission Name – This token will pull the Submission Name of the parent submission. This token is commonly used in team invite emails.
Child Submission Name – This token will pull the Submission Name of the child submission. This token is commonly used in emails to submitters of submissions with additional submissions attached such as letters of recommendations or transcripts.
Recipient Email – This token will pull the email of the recipient.
Recipient First Name – This token will pull the recipient’s first name.
Recipient Last Name – This token will pull the recipient’s last name.
Reset Password Link – This token will pull a link to reset the user’s password to Reviewr.
