Locked out of Reviewr? Wait 20–30 mins, reset your password once, then log in as usual. Avoid reusing the reset link!

Locked Out of Your Account?

For security purposes, accounts are locked after six unsuccessful login attempts. The system will automatically unlock the account after 20–30 minutes of inactivity, but additional failed attempts during this time will extend the lockout period.

What to Do:

  1. Wait 20–30 minutes without attempting to log in.

  2. After the wait, go to the login screen and click “Forgot Password?”.

  3. Insert your correct Reviewr account email to receive a password reset email.

  4. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

**Important** Use the Reset Link Only Once

Once your password has been successfully reset, do not continue using the reset link. That link is single-use and will attempt to reset your password again every time it's clicked.
After resetting, always return to the standard login screen and sign in with your new credentials.

Repeated use of the reset link is a common mistake and can cause further login issues.
