You can find all your account information including your account history and payment details in a dedicated tab within the Reviews Dashboard.

You can access any of the following:

  • Your Details
  • Account History
  • Payment Card Details
  • Invoices
  • Company Profile Page, or
  • Existing Logins 

Log In

  • Log in to your account at
  • Navigate to the top right menu Your Company Name

Your Details

Here you can update your company’s logo, website URL, contact information and other details. 

Account History

Here you can see any details made to your account, who made the changes, what the change was, and the date it occurred.

Update Payment Card:

This is where you can update your payment details. 

Your Invoices

Here you can see all your invoices, which you can download or forward. 

Company Page:

This is your company profile page, and is what anyone can see from the front-end. Your company profile page includes all your star ratings, broken down into 1-5 stars, your recommendation percentage, your company details and link to your website, and all your latest reviews.

Manage Logins:

You can manage and add individuals who can login to your Reviews account. You are required to add a role for each login, such as giving the person a title, and then choosing what control that person has over your review features. Administrators have full access, whereas an agent’s access is more limited.
