  • Total customers in program (30 days).

  • Total points awards.

  • Total Point Transactions (30 days).

  • Orders from referrals (30 days).

Points Engagement πŸ“ˆ

The Points Engagement graph allows you to pinpoint peaks and monitor the performance of your loyalty program. Here you can monitor:

Earned Points = How many points your customers have earned

Redeemed Points = How many points that have been redeemed

Benchmark Redemption Rate = Average percentage of points used by a collection of other stores

Redemption Rate = Percentage of points used by YOUR customers

The date range can be altered by like so πŸ‘‡

The interval date can also be changed, this interval determines how the data will be grouped. In essence, each line on a graph will be determined by the selected interval. The above graph, with a 30-day interval would become:

Customers πŸ‘€

Customer types allows you to distinguish those in your program that are either Guests or Members. Hovering the cursor over each segment will display a total amount of customers in that group.

Customer growth displays a timeline of how many customers have entered your program. This graph can be altered by changing the date range and date intervals to display specific timeframes.

Award/Reward rates πŸ₯‡

The Earn Award Rate bar will display your most frequent award and how many customers have been awarded that. In the below example the Create an Account is the most commonly awarded. This is useful in determining the point value for every action. In this scenario, it may be useful to award higher points to actions such as Instagram/TikTok follows.

The Redeem Rule Reward rate will display what rewards have been redeemed and by how many of your customers. Both can display different timelines by using the date range change.

Referrals 🀝

The below graph will outline revenue for specific dates and your total revenue to date πŸ‘‡

The referral activity charts display referrals that have been completed compared to those still pending. The example shows that on the 14th September all referrals were completed!

The chart on the right shows your Average Order Value (AOV) from referrals. This would display the amount spent by referred customers.
