🎉 Congrats on enabling the warranty feature! Here's how to start using it with SmartCart:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Search for the patient
Go to the Eligibility Search tab and enter the patient’s:Place an order
Build the order
Add the warranty
Complete the sale
Click Proceed to Checkout and finish the order
📩 Patients will receive confirmation emails after purchase.
📝 How to Sell Warranties Without SmartCart (Manual Entry)
Don’t use SmartCart or an EHR integration? You can still offer and track warranties easily in Aloha.
Manual Warranty Setup:
Click the Warranties tab
Found in the left-side menu
Click “Create Warranty”
Fill out the warranty form
Submit the warranty
📩 The patient will receive a confirmation email automatically
🗑️ Canceling a Warranty
Need to cancel? Here's how:
Go to the Warranties Dashboard
Click the 3 dots (⋮) next to the relevant warranty
Select Cancel Warranty
✅ You’ll Know It Worked When:
The warranty toggle appears and is selected during checkout (SmartCart)
A confirmation screen and patient email appear (manual method)
The warranty is visible in the Warranties Dashboard
