You can set specific preferences for your eligibility searches based on your current scheduled appointments. If automation is set, this will automatically run when an appointment is added to your schedule, on the select number of days set before an appointment, and 24 hours before the patient visit.

How to Schedule Automation:
Select the "Schedule Automation" option on the left-hand side.
Select the appointment type(s) that you would like eligibility and benefits to be run for automatically. Anything not selected will not be be ran.
Select the appointment statuses you would like to trigger eligibility to be run for. This typically works best for statuses used before the in-office visit.
Select the number of days before the appointment. Keep in mind this will be the 2nd time eligibility will be run.
Once completed, you will start to notice eligibility and benefits being searched directly on the "Eligibility Search" page. This will include both vision and medical searches, as well as, the scheduled appointment date for the patient.
