Have you ever seen the Icons that appear on the Appointment Tiles and wondered what they were? We got you! 😎

There are six different Icons that can appear on the Practice Manager, as shown below:

  1. The Bell Icon lets you know that the Patient has an Alert, and to head over to the Patient Alerts tab on the Practice Manager. The Icon should show in different colors depending on the timeframe of the Alert, which you can hover over to reveal!

    1. Green: indicates Alerts for today

    2. Black: indicates Alerts for the future

    3. Red: indicates Alerts that are past due

  2. The Heart Icon indicates that the patient is on a Careplan. You can hover over this Icon to reveal the name of the Careplan and the number of Services they have left!

  3. The Building Icon lets you know the patient is in the building, but they're not quite Checked In.

  4. The Note Icon shows that an Appointment Note has been made. You can hover over this Icon to reveal the Note.

  5. The Clipboard Icon indicates the Patient is In Treatment.

  6. The Checkmark Icon shows that the Appointment has been marked as Complete.

Anyone working out of The Schedule Tab can also follow along on the Patient's journey from Check In to Check Out by taking a look at those Icons on the associated Appointment Tile!

And just like that, communication just got that much easier! 🀩
