A happy workflow starts with an efficient Schedule and Practice Manager view! Need to update how your Practice Manager or Schedule looks? We got you!
To adjust the Practice Manager and Schedule/Calendar settings, head over to Settings > General > Practice Manager and Calendar Settings. Below are what the Settings look like:
The Settings surrounded in red are specific to the Practice Manager. The Filters refer to how many hours the clinic can view before and after the current time. For instance, with the Settings above, if it is 1:00 pm, the clinic can view Appointments scheduled from 12:00 am to 3:00 pm, and can view 20 Appointments scheduled at a time.
✨Note:✨ Higher volume clinics may want to have smaller windows/Filters and a higher Appointment Count, whereas smaller clinics may do better having a larger window/Filter view.
The Settings surrounded in blue are for scheduling Appointments. The minutes between Time Slots refers to how the Schedule is set up. The current Settings allow for 10 minutes between slots, best shown here:
The minutes between time intervals refer to how specifically you would like to schedule patients. Right now, the clinic is able to select from options every ten minutes if they do not manually type in a time not shown (such as 10:02 AM):
Lastly, the toggle at the very bottom will allow patients to be displayed in by order of when they were Checked In versus the time of their Appointment!
