How to Edit the Practice Manager and Schedule View

A happy workflow starts with an efficient Schedule and Practice Manager view! Need to update how your Practice Manager or Schedule looks? We got you!

To adjust the Practice Manager and Schedule/Calendar settings, head over to Settings > General > Practice Manager and Calendar Settings. Below are what the Settings look like:

From here, you may set the following:

  1. How many appointments to see on Practice Manager before filtering?

    1. This sets the maximum number of appointments displayed in the Practice Manager at one time.

  2. How many hours before current time for filter?

    1. This controls how far back in time you want to see appointments. For example: If set to 1 hour and the current time is 9:00 AM, you will only see appointments starting at 8:00 AM or later

  3. How many hours after current time for filter?

    1. This controls how far ahead into the future you want to see appointments. For example: if set to 4 hours and the current time is 9:00 AM, you will only see appointments starting before 1:00pm.

  4. How many minutes between time slots in Calendar?

    1. This sets the size of each time slot on the calendar. For example, if set to 10 minutes, the calendar will display slots at 10:00, 10:10, 10:20, 10:30, etc.

  5. How many minutes between time intervals when creating an appointment?

    1. This sets the spacing between available appointment times in the dropdown when adding a new appointment. For example, if set to 15 minutes, the dropdown will show 10:00, 10:15, 10:30, 10:45, etc.

Lastly, the toggle at the very bottom will allow patients to be displayed in by order of when they were Checked In versus the time of their Appointment!
