✨PSST!✨ To schedule new appointment, the patient must first be added as a contact in Clerk.
Once we have checked the patient is in the system, from the Practice Manager or Schedule page, click the Add an Appointment button found in the top righthand corner of the page.
Next, you will use the drop downs to enter the key details of the appointment (Provider, Appointment Type, etc.), and then click Create Appointment to save.
✨Note:✨ The Appointment Length should default to the Appointment Type's default settings, however, you have the option to add or subtract time from the Appointment if needed. Additionally, the Appointment Date will default to the current date/time you are creating the Appointment until you update it. If the Time you are trying to book is unavailable, Clerk will let you know with a warning and then give you suggested times around the time you are trying to book:
