Schedules can change, we get it! There are two ways to cancel or reschedule Appointments.
On the Patient Profile, head to the Appointments tab and locate the desired Appointment. Click on the three dots and select Summary:
If the patient is already on the schedule for today and has to cancel or reschedule at the last minute, locate the three lines on the Appointment from the Practice Manager and pull up the Appointment Summary:
From the Appointment Summary, select Edit Appointment:
Locate the Calendar Icon under the Appointment Date to change the date and time, or select Cancel Appointment if the patient does not want to reschedule:
