The Disclaimer Note will live in the patient's Contact Card, which means you can easily see this at a glance at the Appointment Summary, SOAP Note Outcome page, Checkout, and anywhere you see this patient in Clerk!
To add a Disclaimer Note, go to any patient’s profile in Clerk under the General Details select the three dots to Edit the Values to access the Disclaimer Note:
Here, you can create a note that is clinic-facing only (meaning that, if your patients ever request a full report of their patient records, this note will not be included in that report):
Now, your staff can view important information about patients at a quick glance right in the patient’s Contact Card! ✨Fun Fact✨ this note can be updated as needed!
