Does your patient have an outstanding balance? Let's check!
There are three places where you can locate the balance a patient owes you:
in the Contact Card
the Financials tab of the Patient Profile
on the Invoice page
In the Contact Card, the Balance should be under the patient's Appointment information:
On the Financials tab, you should see the Balance right under the patient's Superbill and above the Invoices section, where it says Open Balance. You can also filter the patient's Invoices by selecting Amount Due to view either the highest balance of an Invoice or the lowest balance of an Invoice:
On the Invoice page, you should find the patient's balance on above the payment box:
