Knowing which Reports to use to track finances is key to keeping your clinic thriving like your patients. Let's break them down! 💸
✨Note:✨ Some information may not populate if you are not integrated with our Payment Processing Partners, such as noting specific credit card types (Visa, MC, Amex, etc.) that patients use.
Daily Statistics Report: This report shows you an overview of your day including number of appointments scheduled, amount billed, amount of tax collected, total income, net sum, and number of completed appointments.
Daily Summary Report: This report shows you a summary of each patient’s activity per day, including the total number of appointments they have booked that day, the appointment length, the number of invoices made, the number of claims made, and the number of products added to an invoice for that patient.
Daily Line Items Report: This report will show you, in line item detail, all of the products that were added to invoices including the amount billed, taxed amount, associated invoice, associated claim, associated appointment, and billing codes.
Daily Transaction Activity Report: This report will show you a deeper view of the financials side of your day, in line item view of each product charged, and whether it was paid via debit or credit, included any discount, tax amount, and net sales.
Sales Daily Totals Report: This report will summarize the total volume of sales including tax.
Sales by Product Type Report: This report will show you in line item detail, the total amount charged, cost, MSRP, Tax Rate, and Tax amount.
Balance Due Report: This report will show you which patient’s have an outstanding balance, broken down by amount due, amount in tax, the default Provider of the patient, and if they have an assigned Case Type.
Procedure Code Usage Summary Report: This report will summarize the net sales of each Procedure Code over the designated time period selected in the calendar picker
Procedure Code Usage Detail Report: This report breaks down by line item the instances of each CPT code and its associated invoice, patient name, and patient Case Type.
Patient Subscription Report: This report shows patients on any Subscription, the associated invoice, date created, payment amount, taxed amount, next payment, and the number of remaining payments on their Subscription. (Note: This Report will only populate if you are integrated with our Payment Processing Partners)
Lifetime Value Report: This report totals the amount paid for each patient in the history of their care with the clinic. This will include patient payments, as well as any insurance paid amounts. You can then search by Patient Name to find the specific patient.
