Case Types, Reporting, Patient Organization

Need a way to distinguish different kinds of patients that you see when looking at Reports? We got you!

Head over to Settings > General > Case Types. Next, click + Add a Case Type:


To assign a Case Type to a patient, locate the desired patient under the Patient's Tab, go to the General section of their Details tab, Edit the Values by selecting the three dots, and then choose the correct Case Type from the dropdown. Once saved, the Case Type will show up in the patient's Contact Card:
