In order to assign ICD10 codes to Patient Appointments/Patient Profiles, you will want to select it in your Settings.
To add new ICD10 codes, go to the Settings tab, and under the Insurance Settings, click ICD10 Codes.
Next, Click Add an ICD Code.
On the right hand side of the page, you will see a list of all of the codes. Using the Search field, you can look up any code you need, and click the β+β under the Add column to add it to your codes.
The ICD10 Code should now show as an option to Diagnose and assign to Patients!
To delete an ICD10 Code, simply click on the trash can icon on the right side of the page.
