Being able to send claims and receive ERAs directly from and in Clerk is a huge perk when creating an efficient workflow to handle insurance! 🤩
To connect to the Clearinghouse, head over to Settings > Insurance Settings > Claim Integration Settings. You will need two pieces to establish the integration/connection with the Clearinghouse: the SFTP Username and the SFTP Password, which are created at the time of application in the clearinghouse portal.
✨Note:✨ The SFTP Username and SFTP Password should not be changed unless instructed to, as this may disrupt the connection/integration and claims are not guaranteed to go through.
