How to Count Down Services in a Careplan

Now that your patient is on track to a healthier lifestyle with their Careplan, it's important to know how to track the Services in their Careplan! Let's dive in!

Careplans should always be listed in the Contact Card if the Careplan is Active. In the screenshot below, the red box shows the name of the Careplan and the blue box displays the types of Services and how many of those Services are available in that Careplan:

During the Checkout process, you will want to add any Services that were used that day, regardless if they are on a Pre-Paid Careplan or a Pay As You Go Careplan.

As items are added to an Invoice, any Services included in the Careplan will be automatically counted towards that Careplan, which you can see under the Care Plan Applied column. The arrow in the screenshot below is where you will see the remaining amount of Services the patient has left in their Careplan.
