Creating Claims should be the least of your concerns when you are treating patients for the care they need, which is why we've created a Line Items Tab on our Outcome screen for a streamlined way of creating Claims! Let's dive into it!
From the Line Item Tab, you are able to enter:
Product or Service
CPT Codes
Modifiers
ICD-10 Codes
Quantity (Units)
Once entered, these Line Items are able to SALT going forward so that you do not need to reenter this information for the Claims you create!
✨BUT WAIT! ✨There's more!
On the Treatment Tab to the right of the Line Items Tab, there is a place to for the Start Date of Current Illness / Injury and the Other Date of Current Illness / Injury, along with their Qualifiers!
These should also SALT going forward for a more streamlined Claims process!
