The ability to view ERAs so easily is a huge Clerk Perk 😉 so let's show you how to view them!

There are two places that you can view ERAs in Clerk! The first place is in your Reports > Insurance Reports > Claim Responses:

Next, you can head over to the Patient's Profile by going to Patients > find the desired patient > Financial's Tab:

Next, scroll down until you find the Claims:

All the way to the right, you will see an Actions Column, which will have two Icons available: a PDF view of your Claim and a Paper Icon, which is the 835 Claim Response.

Click the Paper Icon to view your ERA!
