Despite our best efforts, you may still get the occasional denied Claim. Not to fear! We can easily review those denials and resubmit with just a few quick steps!

To easily review denials and resubmit Claims, head to Reports > Claim Responses. First, you will want to filter your claims to ones with a status of Rejected.

Next, you will want to check the Claim Response to see the reason for denial. Scroll to the far right of the page and you will see a red icon where, when hovering your mouse over, it will say View 277 Claim Response. Click that to review the denial reasons.

Once you have reviewed the denial reasons, you can go ahead and click the button next to the ERA response that says Create Duplicate Claim.

This will copy the denied claim and paste it into a brand new claim. At this point, you can now tab through the Claim, editing the parts that need updating.

✨Note:✨ Under the Condition tab, you may select the correct Resubmission Code.

Once you have edited the Claim, you can submit it as you would any other Claim!

From the Claim Responses Report, you can now track any Related Claims that have been made from the original denied claim by clicking the View Related Claims button.

Congratulations, you are on your way to an approved Claim! πŸŽ‰
