I can not find the answer to my problem in this page. How Do I report a Problem to Revize tech Support?

Before you report, please try the steps below if you have not already tried.

Step 1. Clear the browser cache and repeat the task
Step 2. If step 1 does not fix, try the same task using another browser like Google Chrome or Firefox
Step 3. If you still have the issue, try the same task in another computer

If you still have issues, Please open a ticket at https://support.revize.com/ and provide us the following information

  • Let us know the IE Browser version.

  • URL (address in the web browser) of the web page that you were editing and had issues

  • Briefly describe the problem and

  • Copy the error message if there are any.
