Revlitix offers multiple secure login options to enhance account protection and provide flexibility for users.
Admins can configure organization-wide login policies to ensure consistent security standards across all team members.
Login Options for Users
Users can choose between the following login methods:
Option 1: Google Sign-In (SSO)
Click on Sign in with Google on the login page.
Authenticate using your Google account credentials.
Access Revlitix without the need for a separate password.
Option 2: Password Sign-In with OTP
Enter your registered email address and password.
After entering your password, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered email.
Enter the OTP to complete the login process.
Admin-Only Login Setup
Admins have the ability to enforce login methods and session policies for all users:
Step 1: Access Security Settings
Log in to your Revlitix Admin account.
Navigate to the Settings module.
Click on the Security tab.
Step 2: Set Login Requirements
Choose the preferred login method for your organization:
Google Sign-In (SSO)
Password Sign-In with OTP
Allow Both Options
This setting will apply to all team members.
Step 3: Configure Session Duration
Determine how long a user session remains active before requiring re-authentication.
Set the session timeout duration based on your organization's security policies.
Step 4: Force Log Out (Optional)
Use the Force Log Out option to immediately sign out all users.
This is useful in situations requiring immediate re-authentication, such as security updates.
