Signals serve as critical warnings when predefined parameters are met, providing users with notifications to address these events. This guide delves into the various aspects of the signal system, focusing on both critical signals and general signals on the Revlitix platform.

Signal Categories:

Signals are categorized into two main types based on their severity: Critical Signals and All Signals.

Critical Signals signify breaches of established thresholds.

Signal Title:

The title on the Signals listing page includes information on comments, frequency, and the date of activation.

Understanding the Signals Details Page:

Signal Number:

Located at the top left corner of the Signals details page.

Navigation Buttons:

Users can navigate between signal details using the back and forward buttons.

Open/Worked Dropdown:

This feature allows users to change the signal's status from 'Open' to 'Worked.'

Signal Title Details:

Includes the signal's trend, associated channel name, and title.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

Displayed under the title, showing the trend and impacted KPIs.

Last Triggered Date:

Shows the most recent activation date of the signal and its frequency over the past month.

KPI Statistics and Signal Trend:

Provides statistics and graphs for impacted KPIs. Users can click on specific KPIs for more detailed charts.

Task

The Users can create a Task from the Signal and remind the User of the action required to attend to the triggered Signal.

Comments

Displays team members' comments, starting with the oldest.

Users can mention specific team members in relation to the task; the total number of comments is displayed at the top.

Configuration:

KPIs as Funnel Stages: Users can view KPIs created as Funnel stages, which the Users cannot alter.

Adjusting Priority and Trend: Users can change the priority and trend of the Signal to suit their needs.

Turning Signals On or Off: Users can deactivate Signals by toggling them.

Snoozing Signals: Users can snooze Signals by clicking the 'Snooze' button.

Saving changes: Users must click the Save button to apply the changes after making adjustments.

Signal History:

Contains a record of all signals generated to date.

This guide is designed to help users effectively navigate and understand the signal system on the Revlitix platform.

It ensures efficient management and response to signals, whether they are critical or general in nature.
