Understanding Audits

Overview of the Audits Home Page

The Audits home page provides an overview of your overall stack score, which consolidates data from all integrated channels. Here's what you'll find:


Overall Stack Score: A numerical representation of your stack score.


Weekly Graphical Representation: On the right side of the dashboard, you can see a weekly graph of your score.

Displaying Values on the Graph

To view the exact figures on the graphical representation:


Locate the Show Value checkbox on the dashboard.


Click the checkbox to display the values against the graph.

Searching and Sorting Channels

To make navigation easier:


Use the Search Field to quickly find specific channels.


Utilize the Sort by feature to organize channels as per your preference.

Channel Cards Overview

Below the dashboard, you'll find cards for all the integrated channels:

  1. Each card displays the channel's score.

  2. It also shows the difference between yesterday's and today's scores.

  3. The channel with the highest score increase is labeled with 'Highest'.


4. The channel with the lowest score is labeled 'Lowest'.


Viewing Audit Alerts

To see detailed information about audit alerts:


The highlights of failed audits for each audit type are displayed.


Click on the 'View details' page to see which audit alerts passed or failed the criteria.

Deactivating Audits

If you need to deactivate an audit:

  1. Go to the details page for the specific audit.

  2. Click the toggle button to deactivate the audit.


Editing Audits

To edit a specific audit:


Click the 'Edit' button next to the audit.



Make the necessary changes.


Click 'Save' to apply the changes.


Adding New Audits

To add a new audit:


Click the 'Add Audits' button.


Follow the prompts to set up the new audit.


Sharing Audit Access

To share audit access with team members or other concerned parties:


Use the Public Link feature to generate a link.


Copy and send the link to provide view access to the audit details.

Users can view the audit details from the link.
