How to View the List of Users in a Team in Sales Analytics

Managing and monitoring team members is essential for effective collaboration and performance tracking. Revlitix provides a straightforward way to view all users associated with a specific team.

Step 1: Access the Team

  • Navigate to Teams Page:
    From your dashboard, click on the Settings module in the navigation bar.
    Then select the Teams tab to open the Teams page.

  • Select the Team:
    Click on the name of the team whose user list you want to view.

Step 2: View the User List

  • See Users:
    After selecting the team, you’ll see a list of all users who belong to that team displayed on the screen.

Step 3: Add New Users (Optional)

  • Click ‘Add Users’:
    To add more users to the team, click the Add Users button in the upper right corner.

  • Select Users:
    A list of available users will appear. Check the box next to the names you want to add.

  • Save Changes:
    Click Save to update the team with the selected users.

By following these steps, you can easily view and manage the list of users in any team—ensuring the right members are aligned with the right groups.
