How to Set a Pattern as Default

Setting a pattern as the default in Sales Analytics can streamline your workflow by ensuring that you always start your analysis with the most frequently used or important pattern. Here’s a simple guide on how to set a pattern as the default for quicker and more consistent access.

Step 1: Go to Sales Analytics

Begin by navigating to the Sales Analytics section, where patterns are managed.

Log In and Navigate: Ensure you are logged into your account with the necessary permissions to manage patterns in Sales Analytics. Click on the 'Sales Analytics' option on your dashboard. This might be located in the main menu, a sidebar.

Step 2: Click on Patterns

Proceed to the Patterns section to find and manage your existing patterns.

Access Patterns: In the Sales Analytics dashboard, find and click on the 'Patterns' option. This will take you to the section where you can view and modify patterns.

Step 3: Click on Options

Locate the pattern you wish to set as the default and access its additional options.

Find and Click 'Options': Next to the pattern you want to set as the default, click on the 'Options' button or icon. This might appear as three dots.

Step 4: Set as Default

Finalize your choice by setting the selected pattern as the default.

Choose 'Set as Default': From the list of options that appear when you click 'Options', select 'Set as Default'.

This will mark the pattern as your default choice, making it the first pattern you see when you access the Patterns section in the future.

By following these steps, you can set a pattern as the default in Sales Analytics, enhancing your efficiency by ensuring that your preferred pattern is always readily accessible. This helps maintain consistency in your analysis and saves time when navigating through various patterns.
