Switch positions in the motorhome
The correct positioning of switches is crucial for a user-friendly system. Revotion makes it easy to integrate switches into existing systems. Recommended positions are:
- Entrance area: For quickly activating or deactivating lighting and appliances when entering and exiting the vehicle.
- Main living area: Central control point for all important functions.
- Sleeping area: Practical for night-time operation directly from the bed.
Backup switch
A backup switch, which is compatible with Revotion, supplements the main switch. It provides additional safety and ensures control even if the main switch fails.

Connections with Revotion
The Revotion hardware enables simple installation:
- Left-hand connection: connection to the system voltage (e.g. 12V battery).
- Right connection: Reacts to signal changes (both positive and negative signals).
Connecting several buttons
- Several buttons can be connected in parallel to Revotion inputs.
- Note: This function is only compatible with push-buttons, not with conventional switches.
Grouping nodes with Revotion
How group switching works
Revotion offers the option of grouping nodes via parallel mode. To do this, all nodes are assigned the same group name, e.g. #YourName#.
- Effect: All nodes in this group react synchronously to switching signals.
Application examples
- Synchronised switching of the lighting in the entire motorhome.
- Grouping of kitchen appliances or appliances in the sleeping area for uniform control.
Additional function: Double-click
Use double-click with Revotion
With Revotion's double-click function, a single button can perform centralised control actions:
- When leaving the motorhome: a double-click switches off all appliances and lights.
- When arriving: A double-click reactivates all required functions.
Notes on integration
- Revotion simplifies setup and control thanks to intuitive configuration options via the user interface or a mobile app.
- Make sure that all buttons and nodes used are compatible with the Revotion system.
