Node Battery: Explained Briefly

The Node Battery is a central control unit for battery monitoring and regulation. It allows precise control of the battery and effective management of energy flow.

Connection:

• Connect directly to the auxiliary battery.

Protection: The positive side must be fused according to the cable cross-section (max. 200A).

Device and Load Distribution:

• For detailed information on the Node Battery, refer to the corresponding video.

Node High Current for Larger Loads

Application

The Node High Current is necessary when connecting larger loads, such as inverters.

Connection:

• Connect the Node High Current directly to the battery.

Protection: The positive side must be fused according to the cable cross-section (max. 500A).

• The Node High Current must be installed on the negative side; ensure the correct installation direction.

Connecting the Inverter:

• Connect the inverter according to the manufacturer’s instructions to the Node High Current.

Configuration

1. Entering Values:

• Configure the Node High Current similarly to the Node Battery by entering all relevant values.

2. Synchronizing Nodes:

• In the Node Battery configuration menu, synchronize all nodes and set them to “OFF”.

• Set the channel as “Inverter” and save.

3. Activating Synchronization:

• Return to the Node Battery configuration and set all nodes to “ON”.

• Save and complete.

Note: For the use of multiple large loads or when building a new system, refer to the article on systems with high currents (TEXU).
