If you can no longer see your NODE in the app, you can often fix this with simple steps.
For problems with modules in general, we always recommend three steps:1. restart the app: closing and reopening the app as normal often solves the problem.
2. disconnect Brain from the power supply while the app is closed and restart the system. This will take no longer than 30 seconds and your data will not be lost.
3. reset the NODE: There is a small reset button on the NODE that can be pressed with a SIM card tool, for example. This must be held for approx. 5 seconds and then the NODE will restart. You will notice this when the light flashes. This must then be quickly reconfigured.
