If you have problems with your order or would like to return it within the 14-day return period, you can do so. If you purchased via the Onlineshop you can simply click on this Link here (https://shop.revotion.de/apps/returns?), enter your details and a Return label is automatically created.
If you purchased through a sales represantative, you need to contact the REVOTION Support to initiate your return. We will then create a return label, send it to you and then you can send your parcel back to us.
Your payment will then be refunded within the next few days.
