How Multiple Printers Work

  • Multiple printers work by connecting them to the internet router via a LAN port or by directly connecting them to Android devices using a USB cable.
The setup and connection process is done once during the initial use only.
If the printers stop working for any reason, you can easily reconnect them.

Printers can be connected manually using their IP address in case they do not appear in the available printers list.

To get the IP address:

  • Restart the printer and either press and hold the Feed button (located near the paper outlet), or press it three times in a row.

  • A receipt will print containing the printer's information, including its IP address.

ℹ️ The IP address usually follows this format: 192.168.0.100.

  • After printing the IP address, go to:

Sales Box > Sales Screen > Tap the “Printers” option at the top right of the screen.

  • Tap Add Printer Manually.

  • Confirm Successful Connection:

    • A success message will appear. Tap Done to start printing.

    • Tap Test to print a test receipt and verify the connection.

Auto-Printing

Auto-printing is a feature that allows you to automatically print the sales invoice and kitchen ticket(s) immediately after completing a sale — without needing to click the print button manually. This helps speed up the sales process.

ℹ️ The feature is enabled automatically once the printer is connected and set up.

Disabling Auto-Printing

To turn off auto-printing:

  1. Tap the Printers option at the top right of the screen.

  2. Tap the option Auto-print invoices.

  3. Toggle off Auto-print invoices.

You can now return to the sales screen and print invoices manually as needed.
