📢 This article explains "how to uninstall the Salla app (Version 2)", which is being gradually rolled out to all customers. You can check the installed version on your platform through the Orders menu. If you are using Version 1, click [here] to view the relevant articles.

Rewaa allows you to uninstall the Salla app when needed, for example:To reorganize your products before resuming order processing For any other reason that requires the removal of the integration, This article explains the uninstallation process and its consequences.

Pre-Uninstallation Guidelines

⚠️ Before proceeding with the uninstallation, please note the following consequences:

  • Orders from Salla will no longer be received on Rewaa.

  • Product data synchronization between the two platforms will stop.

Steps to Uninstall the Salla App

⚠️ We do not recommend uninstalling the app if you have new pending orders on Salla.

For assistance, contact Rewaa’s support team via live chat from within the platform or through WhatsApp.

To uninstall the Salla app, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Applications > Available Apps > Click on the Salla app.

  • Click Uninstall.

  • Select the reason for uninstalling the app.

  • Click Uninstall to remove the app immediately.

2️- Will the products on Rewaa or Salla be affected after uninstalling the app?

No, uninstalling the Salla app means removing the link between the two platforms, but it will NOT affect: Product details, Reports, Customer data, or Invoices.

3️- If I reinstall the Salla app, will the orders placed during the uninstallation period sync with Rewaa?

No, orders will only sync if an active connection exists between Rewaa and Salla.

  • Orders placed before linking Rewaa with Salla OR during the uninstallation period will NOT be imported, even if you reinstall the app.

    ⚠️ Once the integration is removed, sales recorded on Salla will NOT reflect in Rewaa.

  • After reinstalling, inventory quantities will sync based on the stock available in Rewaa.

4️- Can I fix past order errors after uninstalling the app?

No, order issues can only be resolved when the app is installed and the platforms are actively linked.

  • If the app is uninstalled (i.e., integration is removed), you will NOT be able to fix any order errors.

5️- Will I still be able to see previously received Salla orders after uninstalling the app?

Yes, past orders will remain accessible on Rewaa.

  • Navigate to Sales & Customers > E-commerce Orders.

  • However, you will NOT be able to fix any errors unless you reinstall the app.

6️- How can I view previous Salla sales after uninstalling the app?

You can track past sales for which invoices were issued in Rewaa.

  • Go to Reports > Sales > Sales by Channel.

  • In the Channel Name field, select "Salla" for details. Click here for more information.
