When integrating Rewaa’s with an e-commerce platform such as Salla or Zid, you need to add and link products on both platforms to ensure that orders from the online store are received correctly without errors related to product linking or stock quantities.
To simplify this process, Rewaa provides the Product Publishing feature, which helps you create products on the e-commerce platform and link them correctly while matching stock quantities between both platforms. This saves you time and effort instead of manually entering product details on each platform separately.
Products Included in Publishing
The following types of products can be published from Rewaa’s to Salla or Zid:
Simple products
Variable products
Service-based products
Weighted products
ℹ️ When publishing a variable product, it will be reflected on the e-commerce platform as a variable product.
Products Not Included in Publishing (For Now)
The following product types cannot be published yet:
Composite products
Digital products
Batch-tracked products
Serial number-tracked products
Package-based products
ℹ️ Products can be published only once. The publishing process is meant for creating the product on the e-commerce platform, not for stock synchronization, which is handled separately through platform linking.

Steps to Publish Products
To publish products, follow these steps:
Navigate to:
Products & Inventory > ProductsSelect the product(s) you want to publish by checking the (✔) box.
Click on Actions.
Choose Publish Products.
Publishing Stages
Publishing Products:
The system gradually publishes products to the linked platform.
Publishing may take a few minutes, depending on the number of products selected.
⚠️ If a product has a negative stock in Rewaa’s, it will be published to the online store with a quantity of zero.
Confirmation of Successful Publishing:
After completion, you will receive a green notification, confirming that the products have been successfully published to the e-commerce platform.
You can now start receiving orders and issuing invoices for these products. For more details, click here.
Publishing Errors
If an error occurs, a yellow notification will appear.
Click View Details to check the error message.
The error type and reason will be displayed under the product name.
If multiple products are published, but one encounters an error, click View Details to see the specific issue.
FAQs
1. Are product images, additional options, or extra fields published from Rewaa’s to the e-commerce platform?
No, images, additional options, and extra fields stored in Rewaa's inventory are not transferred to the e-commerce platform.
2. I accidentally published a product again. Will it appear twice in the e-commerce store?
No, a product is only published once, even if you attempt to publish it multiple times.
3. Can I publish all products in Rewaa’s inventory to the e-commerce platform at once?
You can publish up to 100 products at a time.
To do this:
Select the number of products in the items per page dropdown at the bottom of the table.
Check the (✔) box at the top-right of the table to select all displayed products.
Then, proceed with the publishing steps.
4. I have multiple branches with different retail prices. Which branch’s product details will be published?
The system publishes product details from the branch linked to the e-commerce platform at the time of integration.
You can change the linked branch from the App Settings.
⚠️ Changing the linked branch will affect stock quantities in the e-commerce platform.
5. How can I confirm that a product has been successfully published and linked?
Click Customize Columns in the Products List.
Check the box for Sales Channel (✔).
The e-commerce platform’s logo will appear in the Sales Channel column.
Alternatively, check your e-commerce store to verify that the product has been published successfully.
