Passwords are used to help users securely log in to their platform accounts. If you forget the password for the main account or a sub-user account, or if you simply want to change it, you can do so through the login page.
Steps to Change Your Password
Go to the main login page and click: Forgot Password?
Enter your registered email address and click: Send OTP.
Check your email for the verification code, and enter it in the Confirmation Code field.
Enter your new password and confirm it in the designated fields. Then click: Change Password.
You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your email and the new password, then click: Log In.

You can deactivate the user account to prevent access:Go to Settings > Users > Click the ⚙️ icon next to the user and select: Deactivate User.
Confirm by clicking: Confirm.
The user’s status will change to "Inactive," and they will no longer be able to access the platform.
