Passwords are used to help users securely log in to their platform accounts. If you forget the password for the main account or a sub-user account, or if you simply want to change it, you can do so through the login page.

Steps to Change Your Password

  • Go to the main login page and click: Forgot Password?

  • Enter your registered email address and click: Send OTP.

  • Check your email for the verification code, and enter it in the Confirmation Code field.

  • Enter your new password and confirm it in the designated fields. Then click: Change Password.

  • You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your email and the new password, then click: Log In.

  1. Can I change my password through the Rewaa mobile app?
    Yes, you can.

  2. Can I change the password without the verification code?
    No, the verification code sent to your registered email is required to confirm your identity.

  3. When will I receive the verification code?
    The code is sent immediately to your email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk mail folder.

  4. I see an error when entering the new password. What should I do?
    Ensure your password meets these requirements:

    • At least 8 characters long

    • Includes an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol.

  5. Can I change a user's password through the main account?
    Password changes must follow the steps outlined above. You must have access to the email linked to the account to receive the verification code.

  6. I changed my password but can’t log in. What should I do?
    Double-check your password for accuracy. If the issue persists, contact technical support via in-platform chat or WhatsApp.

  7. One of my employees has left, and I can’t access their email to reset their password. What should I do?
    You can deactivate the user account to prevent access:

    • Go to Settings > Users > Click the ⚙️ icon next to the user and select: Deactivate User.

  • Confirm by clicking: Confirm.

  • The user’s status will change to "Inactive," and they will no longer be able to access the platform.
