Welcome to the Rewaa platform. We are pleased you have chosen us as your technical partner for managing your business. This guide will walk you through the steps to register with us easily. Let's get started.

Steps to Register on the Rewaa Platform

  • Visit the Registration Page
    Click here to go to the registration page.

  • Fill in the Required Information

    • Company name

    • Email address (this will serve as the main account and will be used to activate the subscription)

    • Mobile number

    • Agree to Rewaa’s terms and conditions and privacy policy by checking the box after reading them.

    • Click: Next.

  • Next, create a password.

ℹ️ Password requirements: at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one symbol.

  • Click Next, and a verification code will be sent to the mobile number you provided.

  • Enter the Verification Code

    • Input the code sent to your mobile number and click Verify.

  • Alternatively, you can request the code via the email address you entered:

    • Click Send Code to Email Instead.

    • Check your email, retrieve the code, and enter it in the designated field.

    • Click Verify.

Getting to Know Your Business

You’ll be asked a few questions to help us understand your business better. Please choose the answers that best describe your business.

  • 1- What industry are you in?

  • 2- What type of retail do you work with?

ℹ️ The business types shown will depend on the industry you selected in the previous question.

  • 3- What region do you have your business in?

  • 4- How Many branches do you have?

Once you’ve answered all the questions, click Get Started.

  • In just a few moments, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Rewaa platform to begin exploring and learning more.


FAQ

1. Can I change the main account email after completing registration?

No, this cannot be done through the platform. To change it, contact technical support via live chat or WhatsApp for the requirements and procedures.

2. What is the activation code for creating a new account?

The activation code is a serial number used to activate your account. You can obtain it by subscribing through an STC branch or the mystc app. The code will be on a card inside the subscription package. You can either enter the code directly or contact us via live chat or WhatsApp for assistance.

3. What should I do if I do not receive the verification code on my mobile?

  • Click Resend Code or Send Code to Email Instead.

  • If you still do not receive the code, contact technical support via live chat or WhatsApp.

4. Can I change the company name or mobile number after registration?

Yes, this can be done through Settings > Company Overview.

5. Can I reset or change my password after completing registration?

Yes, click Forgot Password? For more details, click here.

6. Can I change the platform language during registration?

Yes, click “العربية” to switch the language.

7. Can I register with a non-Saudi mobile number?

Yes, click the dropdown next to the mobile number field, select your country code, and enter the number. Verification codes will be sent to your mobile if it is from GCC countries. For numbers outside the GCC, the code will be sent to your email.

8. I registered on Rewaa, but it shows a 14-day trial period. How do I activate my subscription?

  • Go to Settings > My Subscription.

  • Select the package suitable for your business and click Subscribe.

  • Enter your business details accurately as these will appear on the subscription invoice.

  • Provide the company address as per the National Address or Commercial Registration.

  • Click Continue Customizing to proceed.

Customize Your Package:

  • Choose a subscription duration: one year or two years.

  • Add additional locations if needed.

ℹ️ Packages include one branch by default; you can add more based on your needs.

  • Review suggested apps and add them to your subscription if required.

  • View all subscription details in the Summary section on the right side of the screen.

  • Click Continue to Checkout to complete the subscription steps.

  • Choose your preferred payment method.

  • Apply a coupon code if available.

  • View all subscription details in the Summary section on the right side of the screen.

  • Click on Complete Purchase to finalize the payment. After completing the payment, your account will be activated.
