The Stock Transfer Interface allows users to track all transfer operations performed within the platform. It provides detailed visibility into transfer requests based on user permissions, offering streamlined access to relevant stock transfer details.
To view stock transfer requests, navigate to:
Products & Inventory > Stock Transfer.
Features of the Stock Transfer Interface
1. Search for Stock Transfer Requests
Use the search field at the top of the screen to find transfer requests by their invoice number.
2. Export Stock Transfer Requests to Excel
Export all transfer requests to an Excel file:
Click Export All to download the file.
Once the download completes, open the file to view detailed information.
3. Customize Columns
Select the data you want to display without opening each transfer request:
Click Customize Columns.
Mark (✔) the desired fields to display them in the columns immediately.
4. Status of Stock Transfer Requests
View the status of each transfer request and print the invoice when needed.
FAQ
1. Can multiple branch requests be received simultaneously?
Yes. Select the checkboxes (✔) next to the invoice numbers you want to receive:
Click Actions > Receive All Products.
Confirm by clicking Accept.
⚠️ Product quantities cannot be modified after the request is fully received.
2. How can I identify the user who initiated the stock transfer?
The username appears in the User column.
3. How do I check requests in 'Waiting Receive' status?
Use the Transfer Status column filter:
Click the filter icon in the Transfer Status column, then select the desired status.
4. Is there a way to view transfer details at a glance?
Yes. Click the 👁 icon to see a summary of the transfer details.
5. Can user permissions restrict viewing product costs during stock transfers?
Yes. To restrict cost visibility:
Go to Settings > Users >⚙️ > Edit User.
Navigate to Permissions > Purchases & Suppliers.
Disable the “View Cost” option under “Transfer Stock detail”.
Click Save User Data.
Users will no longer see product costs in transfer details.
6. Can I reject multiple stock transfer requests simultaneously?
Yes. Select the checkboxes (✔) next to the requests to reject:
Click Actions > Reject All Products.
Confirm by clicking Reject.
⚠️ Transfer status and quantities cannot be modified after rejection.
