The Rewaa platform provides a feature to monitor invoice issuance directly from the homepage, giving you an overview of branch activities and sales operations. You can track Latest sales from your computer or through the Rewaa mobile app.

Accessing Latest Sales

  1. Go to Homepage.

  2. Scroll down to the middle of the page > Latest Updates > Latest Sales.

Information Available for Latest Sales

You can view the following details:

  • Branch or location where the invoice was issued

  • Invoice number

  • Invoice amount

  • Invoice issuance time

ℹ️ Recent sales data is not affected by changes to the time period or branch filters at the top of the homepage.

  • To explore more invoices, use the gray scroll bar or click View All to access the full invoice list.

  • For detailed information about a specific invoice, click on it to view all its details.


FAQs

1. Do invoices from online stores appear in recent sales on the homepage?

Yes, all invoices issued through the Rewaa platform, including POS and online stores, are reflected in recent sales.

2. Can invoices be returned from the homepage?

The homepage dashboard only allows you to monitor invoices. To return invoices, go to: Sales and Customers >Point of Sale > Sale Invoice. Click here for more details.

3. Can user permissions be configured to restrict access to recent sales?

Yes, follow these steps to configure permissions:

  1. Go to Settings > Users > Edit User.

  2. Navigate to User Permissions > Dashboard.

  3. Disable the option: Latest Orders And Sales.

  4. Click Save Custom User.

The permissions will apply to the selected user account.
