The activity log helps you track actions performed by you or other users on the platform. It allows you to monitor activities such as adding or deleting products, changing product prices or quantities, installing or removing applications, adding customers, and more. Each action shows the username of the person who performed it.

Accessing the Activity Log

  1. Go to Homepage.

  2. Scroll down to the middle of the page > Latest Updates > Activity Log.

ℹ️ The activity log is not affected by changes to the time period or branch filters in the dashboard.

  • Use the gray scroll bar to view recent activities, or click View All to access the full activity log page.

  • Search for specific activities (e.g., deleting a product, adding a product, changing a price) or search by username.

  • Filter the results by date and time, section, or user.

  • The filtered results will display all relevant activities for your review.


FAQ

1. Can I sort search results from oldest to newest?

Yes, you can. Click the Sort field and choose the "Oldest" option.

2. Are all activities saved from the start of using the Rewaa platform?

Yes, all activities are saved. Use the date filter to specify the desired time period.

3. Do purchase invoices or purchase return invoices appear in the activity log?

No, actions related to purchases and suppliers do not currently appear in the activity log. You can track product-related operations through:

  • Reports > Inventory > Product Movement.

  • Search by product name to see all movements in the "Transaction Type" column.

4. Can I track products uploaded via Excel files?

No, product uploads using Excel files are not reflected in the activity log. You can share this suggestion via the suggestions platform.

5. Can I monitor user login and logout times?

This feature is not currently available on the Rewaa platform but is planned for future updates.
