Rewaa offers three methods for utilizing Rewaa Pay, allowing you to choose the one best suited to your business needs. You can use it for payments through the Rewaa Cashier app, via a digital POS terminal (Soft POS) without platform integration, or through a Soft POS terminal integrated with the platform. This guide explains how to activate Rewaa Pay on the Rewaa Cashier app after subscribing to the service and completing all prerequisites.

Downloading the App
Download the Rewaa Cashier app on an Android device to issue sales receipts and process payments.
Activating Rewaa Pay on the Cashier App
Open the App:
After installation, open the Rewaa Cashier app.Navigate to Rewaa Pay:
Go to Rewaa Pay > Select a Terminal.
ℹ️ Ensure that the cash register is open to access Rewaa Pay details.
Connect to the Payment Gateway:
Select the desired payment gateway and click Connect.The system will automatically install the required Payments Plugin for the gateway connection.
Verify Connection:
When the "Disconnect" option appears, it indicates a successful connection.
Usage Instructions
Issuing Sales Invoices:
Access the cash register, create a sales invoice, and select Rewaa Pay as the payment method.
The customer can complete the payment by tapping their card on the device.
Reconciliation Steps
Performing Reconciliation:
Go to Rewaa Pay > Reconcile.
The reconciliation process will run automatically.
Review the reconciliation details and click Done after viewing.
Printing Reconciliation Details:
Navigate to Rewaa Pay > Reconciliations.
Select the desired reconciliation and click Print Receipt.
The receipt will print immediately.

Does the system connect to the payment gateway and install the plugin every time I log in?
No, the gateway connection and plugin installation occur only once during the initial setup for each POS device. Reinstallation is required only if the device is reformatted.What should I do if I see the error message "Something went wrong. Please try again" while using Rewaa Pay?
This error occurs if the payment gateway hasn't been used for some time. To resolve this:Log in to the Merchant Dashboard.
Navigate to the payment gateway section.
Click Download Full File to reactivate the gateway.
Return to the Rewaa app and continue sales transactions.
Can I print a sales receipt at any time?
Yes, you can print receipts as long as the cash register is open. Go to the Invoices section, select the invoice, and click Print Receipt to print it immediately.
