Rewaa offers the option to switch the platform's interface language between Arabic and English to meet user needs. This article explains how to change the platform language easily.
Changing the Language to English
Click on the arrow located in the corner of the screen.
Select "English".

Click on the arrow in the corner of the screen.
Select "عربي".

1. Will the language change automatically on all devices I use?
The language change will only apply to the device you are currently using, not across all devices.
2. Do I need to log out and log back in after changing the language?
No, logging out is not required. The language will change automatically.
3. Can I change the language for the POS only?
No, the language change applies to all sections of the platform and cannot be limited to the POS alone.
4. If the main account changes the language, will it automatically change for other users?
No, each user (main or sub-account) must change the language individually from their account.
5. Will other languages be added in the future?
Currently, only Arabic and English are available. You can submit a proposal for additional languages via the suggestions platform. The development team will review it, and you can track the progress of your suggestion on the same platform.
6. When switching the platform to English, will the invoice language change as well?
To change invoice language, go to:
Sales and Customers > Sales Settings > Sales Receipts.
7. When switching the platform to English, will product names in the inventory change automatically?
No, product names will not change automatically. You need to add product names in both Arabic and English manually.
