Sales By User Report

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Tracking and monitoring the performance of cashiers and sales representatives is vital for evaluating their contributions to achieving sales goals. The Sales By User Report in Rewaa provides insights into the total sales achieved by each user with an account on the platform, whether they are cashiers or sales representatives. The report includes details such as username, role, branch, sales, and more, along with a summary for the specified time period.

Key Definitions

  • Cashier: The user logged into Rewaa and issuing sales invoices. The username appears on all invoices and cannot be hidden.

  • Salesman: The name of the employee added via the "Salesman" option in the cashier screen before issuing the invoice. The salesman’s name appears on the invoice when the option is enabled.

Sales Calculation Example:

If a cashier (e.g., "Mohammed") logs in and issues an invoice but assigns the salesman "Khalid" to the invoice, the sales amount will be attributed to the salesman (Khalid) and recorded as Salesman in the report.
