Location Movement Report

The Location Movement Report provides detailed insights into all transactions performed at each branch or site. This report includes key details such as transaction date and time, type, sales channel, and other specifics, offering a comprehensive view of your business's performance at individual locations. This aids in tracking and analyzing branch-specific activities to make informed decisions.

Accessing the Report

  • Go to: Reports > Sales > Location Movement.

  • All report details are displayed. You can search by invoice number, or filter and sort the search results.

ℹ️ Results will display based on the selected time frame and filters.

Report Details

The report provides the following information:

Location Name

Name of the branch.

Location Code

The branch code that you added in Settings > Locations.

Transaction Reference

The transaction reference, whether is Sales or Return Invoice Number or the Purchase invoice in the platform.

Transaction Type

Any sales or returns through all sales channels, or receiving debit from the customer.

Transaction Date

The date and time when the invoice was issued or the transaction was made.

Transaction Quantity

The quantity of the product in the invoice/transaction.

Paid/Received Amount | Transaction Cost

The total amount collected or returned {Tax Inclusive} in Sales or Return transactions, or the received debit from the customer.

Channel

Point of Sale (POS) or online store (Salla, Zid).

User

The account that executed the transaction or issued the invoice.

ℹ️ The table contains multiple columns and data. Use the horizontal scrollbar to view all columns.

Exporting the Report

To export the report:

  • Click on Export, then select (xlsx). An Excel file will be downloaded to your device, and you can view it after the download is complete.

  1. How can I filter the report for a specific date?

    • Click on Filter, choose the appropriate date and time, then click Apply.

  2. Can I restrict user access to this report?
    Yes, follow these steps:

    • Go to Settings > Users > ⚙️ > Edit User.

  • Navigate to User Permissions > Reports > Report List and enable Read.\

  • Expand Sales Reports and locate Location Movement.

  • Enable the necessary permissions.

  • Click Save Custom User to apply the changes.
